CAPM provides full service IPO management solutions to its clients. CAPM takes the client through the three main phases of an IPO; transaction origination, syndication and placement.

CAPM's initial role focuses on assessing the overall potential for a public offering. This is achieved through a comprehensive analysis of business fundamentals pre and post placement. CAPM presents the client with a full range business plan and detailed financial projections which reflect the potential and added value of going public. CAPM will then estimate overall financing requirements and will advice the client on the amount of funds to be raised and the value price for the proposed IPO. CAPM will also advise the client on selecting financing structure of the transaction, the optimal time to enter the market and will supervise the preparation of all official documentation required for the offering.
